Joshua Skinner is an associate at Fanning Harper & Martinson, P.C. His practice focuses on School Litigation, Employment Litigation, Local Government Defense and Appellate Advocacy. Joshua is licensed to practice in all Texas state courts, the United States District Courts for the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
Joshua is a graduate of Ave Maria School of Law, where he served as president of the International Law Society and editor of the Oasis, the student newspaper. His undergraduate degree is in English from the University of Dallas. Joshua enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, traveling whenever possible, and reading.
