Josh Kutchin is a director at Fanning Harper & Martinson, P.C. and celebrated his 20th anniversary with the firm in July '04. Josh has been certified in personal injury law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, and has an active trial practice concentrated primarily in the areas of premises liability, construction liability, products liability and general negligence.
Josh in an honors graduate of Rice University in Houston and the University of Texas Law School in Austin. While in Austin, Josh met his future wife, to whom he has been married for 19 years. They have two children.
Josh speaks frequently to claims groups and trade associations, and has presented numerous programs specially tailored to meet the needs of the firm's clients.
